DTDC — consignment not recieved and not respond at all

I have booked courrier from hubli on17 th and the Parcel is still not delivered... I hav called hubli and bangalore ph nos nobody is responding and giving false r reason dat the door was locked... Its a corporate company address it is not locked... Please process 2day itself or lse i ll hav to lodge consumer complaint and police as it is very important document and shud reach yday itself...
