DTDC — Courier ask to collect consignment from dtdc office.

Rude courier guy calls at 10 am and we arrange he will deliver at 2 pm. At 11:30 he calls again and says he is at a shop near my house. I tell him since we have already arranged for 2pm, I cannot be available now since I am not at home. He lashes out he does not have time to return and would deposit the parcel to the shop nearby. When I refused to this, he said collect it from dtdc office. My way bill no is K78410387. Can DTDC look into this and arrange the delivery of my parcel to my doorstep in a convenient and amicable way?????
