DTDC Courier & Cargo — Abnormal delay of premium customer consignment

Sir, I have booked consignment at Kurnool dist A.P to Bangalore on 04/07/2025 vide Premium charge of Rs 350/- as per their premium customer guidelines it consignment has to be reach within 48 hrs. but so far as on date 09/07/25 also not reached so far in spite of requesting to DTDC customer care team also but in vain. . Attached complaint mail for your reference. In this connection i request you to kindly look in to this matter and justice me
