Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a shipment from Chennai to Cuddalore on
15 July 2025 and the expected date was shown as 18 July 2025.

But still now i did not received the product, it was about 10 days from the date of delivery still not able to get the product.

Daily i am calling DTDC Customer care they are telling they had escalated this but there is no improvement yet....

I booked my parcel on 26th June 2025 at vasai but the parcel has travel around Mumbai but not taken to the mentioned address on the parcel.

First the parcel was sent to Bhandup then it was directly to some place know as Tulsidham. Now the parcel is back to the processing center.

The parcel has been everywhere but nowhere close to the address mentioned. They also changed the Pincode when I clearly mentioned...

I sent a Parcel through DTDC Sahakaranagar office (Bangalore 560092)on 31/05/2025 by paying Rs.100/- towards their charges for delivering it at Lollipopz boutique in Bangalore - 560 043. The shipment was a return to the supplier, who assured refund/replacement if it reached them before 5/06/2025. Thus, any service could completed it sufficiently within the time.

DTDC failed to do it and since the 3rd of June I had been behind...

I booked a shipment 6th may (H[protected], shipment had books documents and a phone inside it &i was curious to check, so i tried calling the phone i sent, and unfortunately it rang. someone at kolkata rajarhat apex lifted the call and spoke to me saying they'll return the phone back to origin instead of destination.

and booked a shipment on 17th May (H[protected] which never really arrived at the destination.

I am filing this complaint against DTDC Courier for repeated delivery failures and false tracking status updates.

Over the past several weeks, DTDC has consistently marked my parcels as "delivered" or "recipient unavailable" despite:

1. No delivery attempts being made

2. No contact from delivery personnel

With respect to the incident where the goods were not delivered on time where the due date of delivery was[protected], I have been continuously escalating the matter to DTDC Customer care and officials. There was no movement in the goods concerned indicating that it might be lost in transit.

The tracking number is 7x[protected]; showing as delivered but that is fake. Called the customer service several times and one insisted that it has been delivered and the other said that it will be delivered as soon as possible. The building has CCTV and it should be easy to verify. They have send me an SMS with an OTP but so far nobody has asked for the OTP. How the item can be delivered without OTP?...
