DTDC Courier & Cargo — Area non serviceable- dir

The status of my order is displayed to be 'non delivered' stating the reason that my address is non serviceable. Now I must go to their office at Alwaye which is literally 30km from my stay. I'm so disappointed with their services. They haven't contacted me on this regard as well. Once I had to collect one of my package from their branch near my place but this time it's too far away. I need to know why it's not serviceable here even though they have a branch here near me at Chottanikkara !!!
