DTDC Courier & Cargo — Area not serviceable

I have a consignment with tracking number as "M11380498" that was expected to be delivered by yesterday. I checked it on their tracking services and they are showing that the area is non servicable.
It happened first time that some courier services are showing that they can't deliver the order at given location.
