DTDC Courier & Cargo — article delivered in damaged condition | |
I have send ao smith water filter through dtdc, kolkotta, mukundapur to mizoram. Its weight 16kg (Rs.80per kg on land transport), but they charge me rs, 2600/- as he says he counts on size. After 17 days the article was delivered at home in a wretch condition. Its shows the article was miss handled several parts were broken. My consignment no. D44066231 Why the dtdc courier is so careless and irressponsible in handling the article of the customer. From experience, do not send any breakable material on dtdc cargo, one can sent only article made of solid iron. Was this information helpful? | |
