DTDC Courier & Cargo — biomedical sample, potentially hazardous, misplaced beyond 20 days now.

Diagnostic healthcare related blood sample was dispatched from aiims, new delhi on 21st september. When i checked on 29th september, they tell that it is under transit and has reached the local hub. 4 th october, again i follow up again and they tell me that they sent it some other location as they were not sure of the shipping address. I rasised a complaint on 10th october, and get a call back from their crm executive mr baburam telling me to check with dtdc booking counter in aiims, new delhi if they sent a wrong address. After checking with aiims, they confirm that it is exactly the same adress i gave them.
Now when i try calling this mr baburam, he is too busy to take the call. The dtdc customer care doesn't receive the calls anytime.
They need to understand this is a potential biomedical hazard that they are playing around with for which i have paid thousands of rupees.
Kindly help resolve this issue by the earliest.
