DTDC Courier & Cargo — breakage of package | |||
I booked my tv sony bravia 55” from cochin to noida under breakage coverage of dtdc dated 24/10/2018 and paid extra money for the same. The tv was received in total broken condition dated 03/11/2018 pm. The screen is shattered. I am filing this complaint as on 4/11/2018 as nobody responded to me being it a sunday. My tracking number is Z77402103. Its show that RECEIVER SHIFTED FROM GIVEN ADRESS.that is totally wrong. We stay 24*7 at home only no one is come to give courier. In my society have 200security guard no one can see even any courier boy. So why they put wrong status..please check n send again.its very urgent parcel for me. I request you. Thank you
