[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — Cargo not delivered, not trackable

My DTDC cargo with No D[protected]Cochin to Mhow) has not been received even after 7 days of despatch.
The status shows only transit and there are no route points/ transit zones mentioned.
The customer care just puts me on waiting and no one attends the call.

Finally the courier reached me. No response/ help received from DTDC. Govt Post seems more reliable. I got their msg, call, verification and their delivery was also prompt. DTDC was really a nightmare. Not trusting them again.

On 7th July, I finally get a call that the courier has reached Pitampura and will be delivered by the evening. Before details could be shared, the representative had ended the call, did not deliver and is still not picking up his phone on the next day despite repeated attempts to contact him.

DTDC has really let me down. Pathetic standards. Irresponsible. Govt speed post is much better.
