Dear Concern, I have booked a parcel vide shipment no-K23617560 on 17th August 2020 as return to Vendor of Amazon in West Bengal as advised by the Amazon return team. When my refund from Amazon was not released I checked on my courier returned by the receiver on 22nd August 2020 but the parcel is not reached with me till date. So many times I tried with the booking agency of my shipment and customer care of DTDC but the till date I did not receive my parcel and in between Amazon two time schedules to pick up my parcel from me but both the time parcel not with me. Now Amazon did not agree to receive return of my parcel and my refund is also not being released. Due to this issue I was harassed and frustrated with the services of DTDC.
