I booked an express next day delivery of my home keys from delhi to rishikesh with consignment number v41301068
The man picked up my package at 11.30 on 23 oct 2017 am promising next day delivery.
I found put that in spite of issuing me a receipt and booking of the package on 23rd, he dispatched it on 24th - the day it was supposed to be delivered.
My family had no place to stay for a whole day.
Dtdc should take strict action against such irresponsible and cheating scoundrels who operate under their business name
