Dear Sirs/Madam,
Sub: Claim on Lost Shipment no.V64151656 contained 3 passports with valid visas.
Further to my lodged complaint on the above lost shipment contained 3 original passports with valid Malaysian dependent visas and attached the copy of the same for your immediate reference and records.
In continuation of email correspondence (attached) with your top officials, (Mr.Tushar Kudalkar/Mr.Pawan Valecha/Mr.Amit Tyagi & Mr. Anuj Gaur) I would like to file a claim against the lost shipment, to compensate heavy loss and the mental trauma incurred to my prestigious client and this incident might have recuperation on the business very badly. Also their family (Consignee-wife & children) were not able to join her husband in Malaysia on the restricted quarantine period.
Hence, I am holding your office fully responsible on the above cited facts, hereby file the below claim to cover the huge loss not only the money, loss in the face value, loss in long standing Reputation and loss in further business:
1. Passports reissue charges (Rs.1500 x3) Rs. 4500
2. Penalty on reissue due to lost (Rs.1500x3) Rs. 4500
3. Tatkal charges for appointment to submit (Rs.2000x3) Rs. 6000
4. Visa stamping charges for Malaysia (Rs.7800x3) Rs.23400
5. To get Dependent Pass approval again in Malaysia (RM250x3) Rs.13500
6. Incidental charges minimum Rs.15000
