DTDC Courier & Cargo — complain about rude behaviour of dtdc leh | |||||
Hi, I'm very disappoint to the see the service of dtdc leh staff. Today i got a call from them and told me to come to their office to collect my consignment which i borrowed from amazon. I've no idea where their office is and it took me more than 1 hour to find their office. When i told them to bring the consignment to my address they told me to collect from the market at an unofficial time which is again 3km from my home. My only grievance is that if your courtier service do not provide door to door service then why are you making fuss about the service that you do not provide.
