Consignment booked at dharmapuri collector office branch. Package contains a mobile phone - mi4i.
Consignment not delivered and they failed to return it back.
They lost it.
The dtdc is not providing me the consignment back and not providing me the refund. Raised claim already. It's been more than since i raised the claim.
The booking office is also not taking any responsibility.
