1. Consignment B23035463 collected from Bangalore on 08.01.24.
2. Destination - Chennai (Pin Code - 60018).
3. Status - Undelivered as on 19.01.24 @ 09:30 Hrs.
4. Complaint[protected] raised on 12.01.24. Wrong Pin Code (600010) being shown on DTDC tracker even though sender copy slip given to sender during consignment collection has correct Pin Code (600018).
5. Got verbal confirmation of Receiver Address. Found details Ok. Added extra Receiver Phone Number.
6. No action taken despite multiple daily follow ups. No effective escalation / action evidenced @ DTDC Customer Care. Only empty assurances of delivery at end of the day. Customer Care is totally ineffective. No movement of consignment seen since 11th Jan 2024 (Tracker)
7. I fear Loss of the consignment @ DTDC end. Since it contained Important Documents, I want the document traced & returned back to me (Sender) if it cannot be delivered @ Receiver address.
