Consignement h77136817 delivered with long delay - my application due date expired. Consignement h77136817 Booked date: 24 oct 2017 From: tirupati To: jaipur Compliant: The item was on hold in chennai for 3 days from 25th - 27th oct. In jaipur, it was on hold for 5 days from 27th - 31st oct. A normal postal service delivers anywhere in india within 5 days. India speed post delivers anywhere in india within 3-4 days. A dtdc service deliver the item after 8 days. It is very bad service i have never seen like this problem. Remark: My application due date was expired when dtdc delivers to the destination. Dtdc only responsible for this long un-necessary delay. I asked for the explanation from dtdc customer support. They replied with delivery status happily ignoring my problem of last date over. Pls support me to resolve the problem with proper explanation from dtdc. Kindly refer the dtdc tracking details.
