With respect to ddtc consignment number - k23685135,
I am writing this complaint.
My parcel is supposed to reach to iiser kolkata, mohanpur with a pin code 741246. But i get a phone call on 20th of february asking me if kolkata city had a place named mohanpur. I clearly told them that i mentioned the correct pin code in the packaging layer of the parcel. Then got to know it reached a place named madanpur, with a different pin code. According to the last tracking status, it has returned to barasat and from there, nothing happened. I really want to know when my parcel is going to get delivered. I mean it can't be confined to the barasat branch forever. And also the address mentioned in the parcel is absolutely correct (I checked the bill and that is why i am so confident) so why did it reach to an entirely different place? Also, do the dtdc service providers know how to use internet? Because had they surfed the net a bit and be a bit conscious about where iiser kolkata exactly is, they would not have asked, can iiser "kolkata" be in mohanpur, kalyani?
I am seriously in shock with this type of question. I was literally told if it is in kalyani, i should not have written kolkata. I told them, the name of the institute contains the "kolkata" part in it. I am really anxious about what's gonna happen to my parcel.
This is seriously disheartening.
