[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier lost | |
Hi team, I had bought a mobile phone from amazon and since the vendor sent the wrong color of the phone i had to return it back to the vendor myself and i had used dtdc for this. I had sent that on the 16th of may 2018 and later after 2 weeks i came to know that dtdc has lost the package. I just sent a claim form filled with also a cover letter asking for a complete refund of the product that i had shipped. The dtdc vendor here in bangalore tells me that i will not get the full refund but only some parts of the money. Adding to the problem the local dtdc vendor states that the collection guy had put a wrong value of the product and so on. But i dont see any wrong value put on the tracking slip. Iam totally disappointed with the way things have been handled and i used dtdc as its reputed and reliable. Its too early for me raise this complaint but i felt i should send it now anyway before the claim form reaches you. It would be great if you all help me with a full refund cause it was a gift for my mom and all this chaos has happened from your company.
