DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier misplaced | |||||
I send a courier to chandigarh through dtdc office of shadnagar on 23rd dec'16. but courier not delivered and now my courier has been misplaced. I visit and contact to dtdc office many times, but no action taken till date. I am realy frustrated and tired of this type of service. I put my ID document (my passport and aadhar copy) in the parcel. I already complained in the dctdc official customer complaint site. but they closed my complaint without solved the problem.
