My wife had chosen the dtdc lite option to send the parcel from attingal (Trivandrum, kerala) to hyderabad (Telangana). She booked the courier on 25th of october and as per dtdc website it reached on 29th of oct at hyderabad hub.
The person to whom she has couriered is my friend who is coming to angola where i am working at present, and that person is flying on november 2.
I really do not know what to do. Two times dtdc has updated the status as not delivered (Address incomplete or wrong - (Cir) whereas we have provided the complete address with phone number.
Please help us.

Still no action taken from the DTDC hyderabad Head office team .. not even a single call to the sender or the receiver . If DTDC wants us to pick the parcel then give us a call at least, we have paid 600 Rs for the courier, cant the DTDC people spend just 20 paise to call and inform us the things . Pathetic service .

My courier (A[protected] is showing status as "not delivered " due to incomplete or wrong address. But my address is correct only. Then why is my parcel not reaching me? Please sort out this situation

What kind of parcel delivery agency people you have been hiring @DTDC ?
I paid ### 2200 bucks to deliver important things & trust on the brand that they will atleast like (Amazon guy) confirm by calling us if there is any issue they are facing finding the address but NO, your delivery people don't even bother to do so and update the ### in the system like this - RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE (CIR)
seriously ? What kind o[censored]nprofessional people you have hired to work for your company ? Anyway this was the last time I have used DTDC services and from now I would personally nither use it nor recommend !! PLEASE HELP TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP!!

I have sent my courier to karnataka ..in tracking history they are showing receiver had asked another date for delivery .but they didn't call or tryd for delivery the courier ..I have given correct address as well phone number ... please check to DTDC..

I have send my courier to Gurgaon, Haryana . Tracking history shows "receiver refused the delivery" whereas the receiver has not even received the courier. No calls nor delivering of the item was being made despite Complete and Correct details of the address along with phone number given in the courier.
And the worst thing is that when I check the consignment number it is showing that they have booked for shipping to hayatnagar...I am in a complete dilemma as to what is happening and why...?
