Dear sir, I would like to take you kind attention, my colleague booked the parcel having number-h80715374 dated 4th may 2018 from vijayanagaram. It has to deliver to andhra pradesh grameena vikash bank, jadagevpur, dist-siddipet. As i tracked this parcel to dtdc website showed the delivered status dated 16may 2018 but no parcel is beeen received till now. So many time i have mailed to dtdc customer care but no proper response. They have given numbers of these persons having mobile number [protected] and simran. Both persons is highly unprofessional and rude, madam is not ready to pick phone and sir not interested to reply query, every-time said that he will reply after inquiry, till now no reply. Finally i have to complain through indian consumer forum. You are been requested to kindly let me know where has my parcel delivered and delivered the courier at the its destination. I am following up dtdc courier team last 15 days they are not able find out and not even interested to deliver. Please treat this message urgent.
