DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not received

As per request, details are mentioned below which will help you in further investigation -
Date -11/4/2018
Address from where courier was sent-aryan associates
Authorised channel partner-dtdc courier & cargo ltd.
Shop no.4, chauhan complex, ramgarh colony, opp. Cms
Auditorium, krishna nagar, lucknow.

Courier suppose to reach kochi
Address-snv sadnam ladies hostel, kakkanad, 682030.

Kindly check why i haven't received my courier yet and also if you guys will say that this is not interconnected with your company then take action againt them, because they are taking courier assignment on your company name as a partner and providing duplicate slips. They have provided slip in the name of dtdc.
Investigate and get back to me. Anyways i will complaint further i[censored] guys cant resolve.

Above mail i have marked to dtdc and other mails too related to this but they are not ready to help. My rudraksh cost is 4000 plus 310 for courier charges. We visited their store several times now they are telling they have misplaced and nothing they are doing to resolve. I want my money back along with the compensation for the trouble.
Kindly resolve otherwise i will reach to consumer form. Actually your company is stealing things and fraud.
