This is regarding consignment A41320413. We have not received the courier and the tracking status shows that the courier reached the Hyderabad hub on June 23. The last status update is on June 26 that the courier is at Balanagar facility. We tried the customer care numbers but no one received the call. So, on June 29 we went to Balanagar facility and checked. They informed that they do not have the courier and also they did not know where is the courier. Also, the information entered in the system for not delivering is 'incorrect address'. The address is accurate. They did not even give us a call to check the directions. Even to date we have not received the courier. Complaints have been registered at but they keep giving assurance but nothing has happened. Hoping that this issue will be resolved.
