DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier related and service related | |||
I had to receive an important courier on 17th July at Mysore and the parcel was sent from Kerala. On 17th july, the courier status was "OUT FOR DELIVERY" but no one contacted me. The next day they changed the status to "Receiver not available". I tried the Mysore main branch number and its not even ringing. Google is full of bad comments and similar incidents about reported against DTDC. They are purposefully making customers go and collect the parcels themselves. My courier tracking ID/consignment number is R42053361, Receiver name - Abhishek m nair. Kindly take this forward. Was this information helpful? | |||
