I sent a courier (docs) from baroda Makarpura franchise to delhi naraina area. They didn't reach upto address and returned my courier showing reason receiver not available. Whereas this was a address of a house where family members were never absent from home. There delivery boy must not have reached upto home. Now miss pooja at Naraina office says you didnt mention mobile no thats why it was not delivered. Whereas they must have made a call to baroda franchise and asked for no. She says it is not our procedure
