I had a courier addressed on my name and address. When i tracked it based on consignment number, i could see that it went out for delivery, but receiver not available. Note there was zero communication from dtdc personnel to me before they updated this status in their system. Due to this, i contacted dtdc madiwala ofc regarding this. Then, they gave me dtdc sarjapur road contact number. I called them on 1 march 2019 and gave my consignment number. They checked and confirmed to me that courier is available in their unit and promised that it will be delivered next day, that is 2 march 2019. On 2 march 2019, after waiting for so long, i called dtdc sarjapur road ofc and they provided me the delivery boy number. When i called the boy, he asked me to send consignment number as sms and i messaged him the same. I waited till 5pm on 2 march 2019 and still no response. When i called this boy, his phone is switched off. I then called dtdc sarjapur road office and then they asked me to submit a complaint. By 7pm, i saw the status of the courier saying that it has been returned to source facility. I dont understand why this company is still on and what on earth are they doing. Are they expecting me to go to the source facility and pick it on my own? Was this information helpful? |
