DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier shipment to sweden

I parcelled gift item for my small newphew living at sweden before 10 days through dtdc courier services.. Initially it was to be delivered within 6 days after booking.. But after 12 days too it was not delivered.. It's really surprising and the company cheated me at the name of international delivery.. I want to complain against dtdc courier and just want a claim for late shipment.. Don't know weather my parcel would be delivered or not.. It was my nephew bday gift... Dtdc totally ruined the joy of my small kid.. Really disappointed with dtdc.. I would never opt for this company again in future..
