I am sorry to inform you about the poor service of dtdc kollam because i have travelled all most all part of i did and i have seen the wonderful service of dtdc everywhere but why it is so bad in kollam?
1st. 6 months back i got a parcel from kolkata through dtdc and they told me to collect it from 8kms distance.
2nd. One year back i got a parcel from odisha through dtdc again they told me to collect i do t bother. I told you are a courier service if you deliver it to my home please deliver otherwise i will not bother and they don't deliver and the packet returned back.
3rd. Recently i got a message that
Dear customer, we are pleased to inform you that your order no. Gs_60094 has been dispatched via dtdc on aug 20 2017 12:00am. Your awb no is x20842151" on 23rd august. And from 26 th august got call from [protected] regarding my address. But till now a courier company did not found an address in kollam.

I have booked a parcel / document from saket nagar, kanpur on dt. 08/08/2017 for sondhadra, shaktinager having important documents.
The vender booked my item on already used receipt no. Z27462849. While tracking the document it shows delivered at allahabad on dt. 01/08/2017 while i booked my consignment on 08/08/2017, on going through history it shows that the document reached renukoot on 14/08/2017 with status * not delivered *.

Please look in to and deliver the same at the earliest or arrange return of my document at the earliest please.

This consignment bearing the above tracking number was sent acroos on 14th august from dtdc kadugodi whitefield office.
The courier as per original promise when they accepted the courier was supposed to reach by 18th august 17.

After several follow ups we were told that the courier which consists of pickle damaged in transit. However we were told to collect it in as is state at the destination which is kozhikode dtdc at ambadi road.

When my relative went to collect this he was told that it was damaged and they disposed it.

We are seeking the cost of pickle and the shipment charges. The response from both the shipping side and the receiving side was extremely poor.

I have given one courier to deliver in chennai on 5th aug (Consignment number:h[protected] at dtdc hyderabad telecom nagar branch. But still it is not delivered till date (29 aug-17). Without calling to the receiver in chennai they have returned the courier mentioning receiver refused to deliver and damaged the courier. Still don't know the status of the courier i have called number of times for dtdc hyderabad telecomnagar branch regarding status of courier. Now phone was switchoff and unable to contact. Present iam out of city. Kindly check and help to delivering the courier soon. It should be delivered urgently but they delaying a lot. Kindly resolve the issue and deliver the courier asap.

I had ordered touch screen digitizer for micromax a110q canvas 2 plus from maxbhi.com through dtdc couriers, however after opening the package i found that the touch screen digitizer was broken, the product is completely damaged.

I had raised the issue with maxbhi.com, and as per maxbhi.com they are not responsible for any kind of damage in transit/transport.

I have sent several emails to dtdc customer support, however did not get any response from them.

I request replacement of the product.

I parcelled gift item for my small newphew living at sweden before 10 days through dtdc courier services.. Initially it was to be delivered within 6 days after booking.. But after 12 days too it was not delivered.. It's really surprising and the company cheated me at the name of international delivery.. I want to complain against dtdc courier and just want a claim for late shipment.. Don't know weather my parcel would be delivered or not.....

My consignment number is z10404302 and it is dispatch on 30 july 2017 but i did not get my consignment till the date 28 aug 2017 when i checked the status on dtdc website, it shows sucessfully delivered. How it is possible who take my consignment. And dtdc customer care did not respond me regarding this issue. Please solve my issue. And i also want my consignment back.

My parcel (Order no z[protected] was booked from jodhpur on date 25.08.17 for jaipur. It has not reached to destination (Jaipur). Tracking of shipment showing that parcel was reached jaipur on 26.08.17 at 12 am. Since last two day i am trying to contact to dtdc officials at jaipur but no action has been taken yet. Nobody in dtdc is ready to take responsibility.

I sent two parcel from bangalore to odisha on 14th august with consignment no. B46612146 & 16th august with consignment no. B46393731 and the status is still in transit. Both the courier not delivered after 12 days of booking. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

Please help me out it's been already more than 12 days. Initially they said that it will reach in just 4 days but it's already more than 12 days. I tried to call customer care but they are not even bother to answer the call. Please help me out.

I booked courier with consignment no z12461007 at pushpuk courier kuchaman city (Nagaur) rajasthan on august 10, 2017.. They lost courier... When i contacted with dtdc service person they were not responding properly... The dtdc office person always telling me come after two days.. And misbehaving also... I had visited seven time to dtdc service provider

I booked the courier from noida to ranchi on 22nd august, 2017. After 5 days also there is no clue on where my consignment is. I tried calling every possible number of dtdc but no proper resolution yet. I would definitely say dtdc is the worst courier service in india so far i have used. Never ever go with dtdc in case o[censored]rgent delivery. My consignment no is z33376038.

I send the document (Document nois v[protected] from delhi to bombay on dtdc+ for that i paid 275rs, that's not an issue, issue is that i have sent this parcel on 23\08\2017 and it supposed to delivery next day on 25th morning i have to submit the document in bombay russian embassy but for there irresponsible behaviour they have not delivered the packet till 26th due to that i got a great lose that document not submitted in embassy. And when i called dtdc goregaon east office on 24th august in the evening at 7:30 pm and i had a word with mr sandeep bhadwe owner of this office he gave me the excuse that i revived the packet in the afternoon but we don't have delivery boy who can deliver the packet, is this my fault if they don't have delivery boy,,, then also they didn't diliverd the packet till my clint himself gone in dtdc office and collect the packet,, and mr sandeep bhadwe behavior was very bad,,, i got a lose of 50000 due to that what will i do now,, wo will bear this loss i supposed to travel on 28th now i have to travel on 31,,, three days late,,, i request you to do the justice

Case no. Is 07351103 for dtdc c/n no. Z34945264. Item miss routed since 23 aug 17. Dtdc fort mumbai not taking any action either to provide an update on where about of the parcel nor getting it delivered. It's already 72 hrs since the consignment missing and no updates to the customer from dtdc mumbai. Sheer negligence of this level not acceptable. Repeated calls was given to the fort mumbai dtdc operator but he didn't pick up the call once. A complain was lodge with customer care dtdc but no action taken till today. Till today the dtdc authorities have failed to provide any update about my missing consignment.

I booked my shipment (V[protected] on 22 aug 2017, some important docs with dtdc plus to get it delivered from delhi to bangalore next days. Its 3 days now and shipment tracking showing bangalore hub. They closed customer care service for ganesh chaturathi. Pathetic service. Collecting more money in the name of dtdc plus and not delivering in time. I had to submit it to client today. No support. Feeling cheated. Will never use dtdc again.

Dtdc courier is highly irresponsible and non responsive from the customer experience point of view. My courrier got delivered at sohna road branch 5 days ago but didn't got any notification. The delivery boy and reception refuses to pick up the call or provide a resolution. There is no synergy between the team working on field and off field.

I had to visit 5 times to their warehouse to know my belonging. On being asked upon, the manager at office didn't had a clue on how to track the field guy and the courier.

A parcel (Containing electronic devices) was couriered from gurgaon to radhanpur on dated 16.08.2018, but parcel couldn't received at consigned address so far. Delivery of same parcel is very urgent but now the parcel is out of track.
Such type of service not expected from dtdc, strict action must be taken against the involved staff.

My friend couried some document from bangalore to udaipur on 21st august 2017, but when i tracked it, it is held at jaipur hub from 1 day & they are not making any attempt in processing & forwarding the courier & on the other hand when i tried to contact the customer care service of jaipur & bangalore. They are not receiving the call. It always says the coustomer care executives are busy on other network. I have been trying to contact them from past 26 hours but still no response yet..

My consignment no is f10452176.
The durgapur main branch dtdc office representative took the consignment after taking the pin code (741507) but did not deliver it.
The consignment returned.
But i did not get the money reimbursed.
If they do not deliver to that pin code why did they receive my consignment?
And after that if it is not delivered, why they did not reimburse the money?
