Dtdc is just fooling around people by creating hype about rakhshabandhan. They could not even deliver a rakhi sent way before the occasion. I couriered on 25th from nagpur to pune. On27th they updated it as delivered even though it wasn't. We tried searching for it but all in vain. They have written falsely that handed over to security because he said he has not. The customer care executive in nagpur office is unmannered, doesn't even talk....

The courier was supposed to reach on 3rd of august specifying rakhi special. The courier didnt get delivered till today and is still in delhi, how the hell will it reach tomorrow. The courier guy's name was sailender and inwas expecting it to reach before time. Had hought of sending it through blue dart because of dtdc'/ pathetic service and you guys proved me right. I am going to blast this in social media as well, so that at least 10k followers...

I have not received the courier which was to delivered at ludhiana. Courier was shipped by seller from mumbai. When i checked the dtdc site it showed as successfully delivered. I emailed dtdc mamy times but received no response from them. I called them but nobody picks the phone.
It's a fraud from dtdc.
Please help...

I have booked a shipment from pune to raipur chhattisgarh. But instead of pune it was sent to nasik, after checking the details i visited to branch where i booked it. They asked that they will send it asap. But when i visited after 4-5 days, it was in the same branch. They neither send them to destination nor inform me. I had been wait for my courier but in kurukshetra service is very bad. They are behaving in very bad manner. They are very unresponsible person. They called me at office and then said that i'm not able to find your courier. So i have to return my home withot courier. His office in mohan nagar kurukshetra 136118. My courier was scheduled for trivandrum which was sent y my family for rakshabandhan. My courier reached trivandrum kazhakootam office on 28jul. That day i got call from dtdc office that they cant deliver courier at my home as its out of their service area. Last year i booked same rakshabandhan courier at same address. That time they delivered without any issues and now they making excuse that they dont deliver that area. I have to go theri...

I submitted the parcel on 1 august in abu dhabi brach and i was informed that it will be delivered in 2 days in mumbai and its been more than 5 days that its not been delivered till date.

As per update from dtdc dubai office, i have checked from the receiver's end and they were available to receive the delivery on 4th august but there was no delivery.

The status shows that it has been delivered but i have not recieved any parcel yet. When i called to the branch office they told me it was delivered to the. Watchman. The watchman has not recieved it. And why should he give it to the watchman in the first place when i was at home nd the flat no. Was mentioed. Plz i want my courier back. I don't kno to who it has been delivered.. Please look into the matter.....

But, yesterday a person called me from sonarpur dtdc ([protected]) and said that it cannot be delivered due to lack of delivery person. This is happening repeatedly. On 30th july i have couriered one cpu with key board from mumbai to durgapur (W. B) against doket no-d35320190 with charges of 1500 + 320/- insurance charge = rs.1820. The material has received in damaged condition and the same acknowldgement by my mother without open/check/veryfied the same on trust ground of dtdc.

I couriered my package through dtdc from shahjahanpur on 10 july 2017 whose cn no is z25184481, which was returned due to unacceptance at the other end.
According to the policy it should be returned to the origin point ie shahjahanpur, but when i contacted them about my package they have no idea where it is now, and they are unable to track it....

Today i went to courier 1 rakhi to usa from dtdc alpha commercial marker greater noida.. Amount of thar courier he told me 2000 without even mentioning how but i relied on him and give him 2000.. When i came back i called him that how much do u charge for a rakhi courier to usa he himself told me 1200. I went there again and asked him.. He lied again and nothing happened.. But trust me that was the last courier i had send it through dtdc......
