On the top of that, your delivery boys don't know how to talk to customer and shouts on customers.
And tracking website is completely absurd, showing last updates as completely wrong.
And the most important thing, no one even bothers to reply to customer. Nor you, nor anyone from the people looped in e-mail. It's very sad to see such condition of any company like this. You should better atleast start acknowledging the people e-mails and reply with proper comments and solutions. But sorry to say the condition of DTDC is very down and completely unexpected.
It's been 2 weeks, but no one, not a single person bothered to reply. Worst service, worst people and worst delivery boys. Where is your communication team, customer care taking team, is anyone interested in solving issues? Or just for the name sake, your team works, just to earn money.
Sorry for being rude, but this is what a customer feels, if this all happens. So better get your people to work and ask them not to convey wrong messages and talk properly to customers understanding their situation.
