DTDC Courier & Cargo — D34416213 parcels got damaged in transit | |||||
Booked on may 10.. First of all its gets missing no tracking updates or nobody knew where the shippment was till may 14 when it was updated by kolkata airport. 4 days it goes totally missing and when it was delivered on may 17 thats right it was delivered after 7 days which is abzolutely ridiculous as it was for kolkata and got direct flights and delivery takes about 2 days. Thats wt i was told it would be delivered in 2 days. And when the customer receives the product she receives in the damage condition. Display is all damage. So i need the panel replacement money for it now. Sony 43w800d u can check with the service center of sony which is costing around 22000 approx. Was this information helpful? | |||||

When it's got delay I tried to contact ur office and behavior was very bad
They don't know how to behave with women
And this is last and final senting with dtdc
