DTDC Courier & Cargo — damage claim - laptop delivered in damaged condition

This is in reference with a courier that was delivered from hyderabad to mumbai. I booked the courier at balaji nagar, hyderabad branch on 08 november 2018. I have opted service type ptp1200 and i was promised that it will be delivered by next business day by 4pm. Unfortunately, the delivery only happened on 12th nov 2018. On top of that the laptop was delivered in a damaged condition. The screen of the laptop is damaged and it is no longer useable.

This is in reference to the courier delivered from Greater Noida to Mehsana. The laptop was delivered in damaged condition. The edge of the laptop is broken. The insurance was also done for the same for safer delivery of the laptop. But it was received damaged. Now whole dashboard has to be changed to rectify it which will cost huge amount of money.

This is in reference with the courier delivered from Chennai to Pilani (Rajasthan).The laptops was delivered in damage condition . The edge of laptop was delivered in damaged condition. The edge of the laptop is brokenThe insurance was also done for the same for safer delivery of the laptop. But it was received damaged. I had my package with " Pokemon Legend Arceus for nintendo switch" delivered to me on 16th March from Rajasthan to Banglore via DTDC courier service. (Tracking: id-F[protected]Unfortunately, the package arrived damaged and i had my package insured. I have registered a complaint with dtdc to claim my insurance. They are not responding to my emails and their customer service people disconnect the call every time I ask resolution. I have tried multiple times to reach them and they dont have any escalation matrix.

This is with reference to my courier from Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh to Cybage software Pune. I sent out my office laptop and when it reached Pune it was totally damaged. The screen was broken and also the charger pin was bent with that the side of the laptop we also been damaged. Requesting to you process my claim.
