DTDC Courier & Cargo — deficiency in services | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Greetings from Samvit Healthcare, Gurgaon. We are anguished to bring to your kind attention on the poor state of affairs and deficiency in services which is creating hindrance in the smooth working of our organization and reflecting poor on our image resulting in financial losses. That we have been availing the services of your reputed courier agency since long. We avail your services through: M/S Growth Enterprises, Main Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon. That we have been encountering lot of problems in the working of the said vendor like delayed pick ups and non receipt of POD in time. That recently four of the couriers sent in recent past (details attached for your reference) could not be tracked. It is likely that the said packets might not have been sent at all. That the concerned person having two mobile numbers ([protected], [protected] Mr Satbir) is not taking our calls sometimes even switching the phone off. That in the past also few of our claims from various TPAs (Third Party Administrators) dealing with various Insurance Companies have been denied as being closed due to non delivery of documents. The reason we found was the wrong or non-delivery of the packets at correct destinations. We request you to kindly look into the natter on priority, fix the responsibility and trace our vital documents to prevent further losses.
