I haven't received my courier with tracking no. Z80437732 and neither it's showing status.

It’s been 8 days and I haven’t received my shipment. It’s out for delivery two times and each time, there is only one message that “couldn’t attempt”. What does this mean? If they have any issue in finding address then they should call. The service is unacceptable. My tracking id is z01417442. Please help to get this resolved.
What exactly does, "could not attempt delivery (DIR)" mean? And why was the delivery not attempted when they had received the shipment at their hub?
Every other courier service delivers in just 2-3 days without any complaints with address or anything else, why is it that dtdc has this problem?
