DTDC Courier & Cargo — delay in giving my parcel

I have ordered green isle liquid fertilizer-500 ml from amazon and the same was sent through courier: dtdc vide tracking no r27094599. The item was suppose to reach me since the 25.9.2017 but till i have not received it. Can the heads of the courier take up and discipline your agencies please otheriwse i may have no option but to claim for a refund from the courier itself

One month going to completed. Many times I called on Customer care number they register my complaint and did nothing, till now. Even i wrote n no of emails. After repeated complaints, DTDC has no clue where my courier is now. I need a solution. Is there any process to register a complaint against DTDC for the penalty.
