DTDC Courier & Cargo — delayed booking and not deliver courier at my place | |
My friend send me courier through dtdc on wednesday they charged 220rs though it should be 70-80rs and provided tracking code, dtdc booking person had told my friend that courier will reach destination on friday as it is only 150km away. I checked tracking code for next 4 days it say invalid tracking number for 4 days. I called many phone number that are available in google search but all mobile and landline number was either switch off/number not exits or not been picked up. Finally on dtdc website my tracking code was showing some details on sunday and it shows booking was done after 4 days i. E on sturaday 11:5pm. On monday tracking code shows shipment arrived on the destination and it is out for delivery no mobile number of courier boy was mention and nobody came. On next day i saw status as not deliver reason was local holiday although there was no holiday. I again search for number and finally i found one number that person did pickup. I told him my tracking code and he told me i will check and call you back soon. That didn't happen. I again called him and this time he says come to office and pick your courier (As they are not interested to deliver was giving fake reason like it will be late or don't know delivery will happen today or not). I was afraid that they can resend back to sender by stating any reason. So i went to his office and collect my courier and he told me they charge 80rs for this type of shipment but don't know they took 220rs from sender. That was the horror story of dtdc.
