Hello sir, i couriered on 26th december 2019, from mumbai to silpitha sunflower bangalore 560056. 2/2/2020 when i searched with dtdc tracking id : no. D55965090 showing: not delivered (Local holiday (Otr).. I request to authority concerned person may look in case and resolve and instruct to deliver staff to immediate delivery on urgent basis..

Shipment (V[protected] from DTDC is sent on 5th October. Still not received the destination. Customer care also not responding properly.

Status is updated as " Not Delivered restricted entry OTR". Not sure about the status and it's abbreviation. Kindly ask them to deliver it ASAP without delay.
