DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivery boy does not send courier | |||||
My complaint is about dtdc courier services, My docket number was x2018053. It was icici bank chq book. Address was written on chq book was correct and previosly i got chq book from different services. This parcel went to nahur branch and he didnt went to my home and just put a remark of wrong address. I called nahur, andheri as well as ho-goregaon. But no one gave proper solution. Finally i got information that it is marol branch. So i went and personally collected. If a guy is unable to find home then he should called me. I had not received any reply on email and without confirmation they closed the ticket. Was this information helpful? | |||||
