DTDC Courier & Cargo — delivery office deny to give my courier at my location now its showing delivered

First of all delivery office of sundarpur, darbhanga, bihar near passport office, has called me and deny to deliver at my location. After few hour the courier has been showing delivered but i have not received the courier yet.in that document was there and now i am worried such a irresponsible behiviour they are showing. Tracking number is - k24129835. If they can't able to deliver then why they took responsibility.
