My package with reference id k17772152 was sent from guwahati on 27/02/19, but didn't get delivered at the assigned address given. I after waiting for 7 days had to go to the office and complaint and then the executive tracked down my package and it was at their office kept undelivered. Then the next day they delivered it after the complaint. This negligence is very much unexpected and acceptable from our side. I expect a fast response.
