DTDC Courier & Cargo — Document not be delivery on time | |||||
Dtdc is not provide a satisfactory delivery. My urgent documents related to college were not redelivered after sending mail and many mails to dtdc site. The service charge were taken by me was rs/- 350. I feel very unlucky to choose dtdc to sending the documents. The customer care were also not sending any mail regarding this after informing them. Sent a courier from Bangalore to Patna. DTDC delivered it to some person other than the recipient.What kind of stupid delivery people does not even call or confirm the recipient and deliver the product to anyone they want. Customer care response very poor. DTDC does not take responsibility for it. Extremely poor service and fraud company.
