DTDC Courier & Cargo — Documents - speed delivery- N22062815

On 21/7/2022, I gave my parcel to dtdc, begumpet, hyderabad which was supposed to be couriered to USA by 27/7/2022. It been more than 3+weeks my courier has not delivered yet. I have been following up with dtdc office for the updates but no luck. They are not responding effectively.

This is a speed delivery and spend lots of money just so the parcel reaches on time as it contains documents which are important for my brother.

Indian post is far better than dtdc..I regret choosing dtdc over Indian post.

Plz give me an update about my courier
