DTDC Courier & Cargo — drs copy needed

I had sent a consignment via dtdc, the worth of the consignment was rs.50000+, i have been trying to get the drs copy for months now, no help has been provided, my tracking number is d42170949, all i need is the drs copy to see who is the person who received it, as the owner says he hasn't received the package and wants to know which of his employees is responsible for it, but dtdc is not being helpful at all, they have been neglecting my complaint for months
