DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc courier service (gowlidoddi, hyderabad)

Hi, this is in regards to dtdc courier service (Gowlidoddi, hyderabad). This particular office of dtdc which is the nearest to us is pathetic in terms of service. They do not book shipments even if they r marked as urgent ones. Also they do not deliver couriers on time despite the update provided on dtdc shipment tracking page. Their customer service is worthless & i request u to kindly look into this at the earliest as we are having great difficulty in sending couriers & is forced to opt other services like bluedart etc... Really hope this harassing issue gets resolved soon... Thanks & regards..
