DTDC Courier & Cargo — DTDC courier service is worst | |||
Hello, I have couriered my parcel on 25 Oct 16 from Mulund to Vile parle (within mumbai). Till date parcel not reached. When I have called Customer care no., twice the phone was lifted & just kept aside. 3rd time customer care person told that packet is misrouted, but on site it is showing as in Transit. The lady talking from CC, Fransisca was very loud in talking & rude, response was pathetic. I big courier company like DTDC, can not deliver a packet within mumbai after 2 days.
