I am writing to file an official complaint against DTDC Express Limited regarding the unresolved issue with my shipment, Tracking No. D80620750. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution and compensation for the delayed and untraceable shipment, DTDC has failed to address the matter adequately.

I had initially contacted DTDC regarding the delayed shipment on 13 November 2023, and despite assurances from DTDC, there has been no resolution to date. The shipment remains untraceable, causing severe financial loss and damage to my business reputation.
Furthermore, DTDC's lack of responsiveness and failure to comply with consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, are clear violations of our consumer rights.
I am left with no alternative but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court to seek redressal and compensation for the mental agony, inconvenience, and financial loss caused by DTDC's deficient service.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including the shipment details, communication with DTDC, and the invoice for the lost material.
I request the Consumer Court's prompt intervention in this matter to ensure justice is served and to prevent such negligence from affecting other consumers.
