Very rude, unprofessional and lying courier personnel employed by DTDC. My consignment (I[protected] was scheduled to be delivered on 24/11/2023. The courier personnel called stating being public holiday my merchandise would be delivered on 25/11/2023 and he requested for OTP. I refused stating, “I shall provide the OTP only when the merchandise is delivered to me.” The courier personnel hung up on me and updated the status as “customer refused delivery” (I received a message on 25/11/2023). I Immediately raised my concern on e mail (Consignment no - I19842068 with ticket no –[protected] on 25/11/2023 to which I received a reply from Pooran Kumavat/Customer success team/DTDC express limited on 25/11/2023 stating, “We have received your query, Will cross check the current status of your shipment with concern team will get back to you shortly, kindly bear with us for further updates.” On 29/11/2023 I come to know my merchandise is being returned to sender!
Can there be anything appalling and pathetic than services provided by DTDC

My shipment with tracking number U2673031 is not delivered it has reached Hubli hub and no attempt for delivery was made, the status shows as receiver not available, no call nor any message from the DTDC team, I am not able to connect to customer care and no response from them if I raise a ticket query, this is worst experience I am having, the package is very important kindly help me to get the package as soon as possible, thank you

I've booked the courier with 3 parcels on 11.11.23. The courier was sent from jodhpur to Mumbai. The awb number is D76779904. The courier boy told to deliver by 4 days. But the Courier not delivered in 15 days at Mumbai, even the online status is showing its location in source city.

Even the courier personal don't reply, not picking call, no status info sharing.

How can dtdc services so poor in delivery, is beyond my thought !!

The courier service is delivering the courier without attempting a call to the customer and as a result the courier is getting misplaced

i have booked my parcel on 8th nov and today 20th nov still not delivered. My customer is in trouble due to promise date has passed as per gov tender to supply this material. Please deliver today or if not willing to deliver my parcel give it back to me or give me my material cost that has decalred in invoice that i handover to dtdc person.

Dtdc should understand responsibility if you are courier company. Infact i pay extra as dtdc person asked 0.2% of invoice value for eway bill login.

Delivery my shipment today or give my material cost. I can not suffer my customer much due to your working behaviour.

My consignment to be delivered was out for delivery 3 days back. The status shows could not attempt ( dtdc was not able to attempt for delivery). Since then, there is no update. I raised a ticket on their official website, but no response received till date. I called their customer care number, but they are unable to help and provide any information. It was a priority delivery with extra payment made. Consignment number - X45245803, to be delivered to pin code 110018.

Courier shows delivered successfully yesterday evening approximately 6pm but I haven’t received it yet.
Customer care calls get silent suddenly inspite of trying to reach them 3 times.

I’m contacting about my shipment it’s not getting any updates 15 DAYS already passed today is Promised delivery date still I don’t have any update regarding my shipment the last status was received on 7th November, 2023 that its in mumbai. I stay in mumbai itself still no delivery. Please help me and revert me.

Called DTDC Helpline regarding a Shipment but call got disconnected. Tried twice but no success. Just after that received a call from [protected] and the person said that there was issue with the DTDC phone service which is why he called me with that number. He said that the shipment is pending for a processing and for that I need to pay 5 rupees and the processing will be done. Being too desperate for the shipment to reach my home, I agreed to that as well. Call got disconnected and he called me with a new number: [protected] and continued. He sent me a link to google form wherein my name, bank name and UPI Pin was asked. Being foolish and desperate, I provided that details too after questioning him a lot. Received a message saying that my UPI got added in a Axis Bank account with the contact name as [protected]@barodampay. After that I tried changing my UPI Pin but instead I created new UPI ID by mistake. Then received a activate key message and upon the person's instruction I forwarded that to a number: [protected]. I understood that somehow they tracked my call to the DTDC Helpline and called me to fraud me. In a hurry I changed my UPI Pin but just before that received a message saying 4500 was paid to [protected]@barodampay, UPI ID:[protected]. Don't know if I was too foolish/desperate/curious to know how they do it.

And in other bank .. kotak mahindra they took 20000 in 5 transactions.

I’m waiting for a DTDC courier to be delivered. The last update I received was Not Delivered - Could not attempt. It’s an urgent package so I want to check if I can pick up the courier from the DTDC branch it was last tracked to. Can anyone help with this?

Hi, I sent out a shipment from Bangalore to Mumbai on 7th November and was told that it would be delivered by 11th Nov. On the 10th Nov. it said 'out for delivery' and then on the 11th it said 'Not delivered'. Can you please let me know why it was not delivered and when you will re-attempt delivery?

My courier is not being delivered to my place n when trying to contact the area in charge they ask for extra charge n if not paid threatening to send it back or after 2months

I shipped a package from Chennai to Dehradun via DTDC express service and it was supposed to be delivered on 9th nov 2023 but it has still not been delivered. The tracking portal shows receiver not available but they never called the receiver. It was a very important package. Reference no. V76000818.

I was available the whole day. But they didn't deliver my parcel and marked it as CIR (please find the screenshot attached)

I had a delivery that was supposed to be delivered via DTDC. But I didn't get it. The status says it got delivered on September 19th but I never got it. I do not recognize the person's name mentioned on the portal to which the package was delivered. I already raised a ticket on October 8th on the DTDC portal regarding the same, but there has been no progress on the ticket for 3 weeks and the person assigned had closed the ticket without giving me an update. I wrote to them multiple times requesting an answer and called them multiple times, they are always busy and when they do lift the call, they don't have an answer. I need my parcel or I need an immediate refund of my whole order

Its too late but dtdc is not give my parcel and when i track my parcel its already show that its delivered but dtdc is not given me.
Its too urgent for me but dtdc is very poor service and misguiding me.

I have earlier filed complaint regarding misbehaviour of dtdc delivery agent, even delivery agent mishaved with me yesterday and when my clerk asked to deliver courier to him than he misbehaved me on phone and said jo karna hai kar lo, i am practicing advocate in high court, he said k jao jo karna hai kar lo and cut my call, this is 2 nd time, i am also giving no. Of that dtdc agent +[protected], that is his number, earlier on dtdc agent mishaved with me when he delivered documents to me his no. Is +[protected], kindly don’t give jobs to those people who are having no politeness in doing their work,

My package ( Tracking No: U26559565, Booking Date: 28 oct 2023) was supposed to get delivered today (30th October 2023) to Agra (Pin Code: 282006.

But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".

The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

Please resolve and update me regarding my package.

I have sent a courier from Indore to Chennai (Zip-600042) on 18th Oct with the consignment number D77914528 it suppoesed o deliver on 4 Oct and its alost 28 Oct. I gave 2 numbers in case something happened and dtdc never tried to contact me and when I am trying they ar not giving any accurate or satisfied answers on delivery. I can only see status changes they didnt even tried delivering it.

My shipment was to be delivered on 27th October and it showed that it was out for delivery. But it was later showing that I requested the delivery on another date whereas no contact was made with me in this context. I WAS AT HOME AND MY MOBILE WAS ON ALL THE TIME. What kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is this. Please expedite the delivery. Thank you
