DTDC Courier & Cargo — fake dtdc tracking slip which show no data available

I order cosmetic parcel to a person named mohammad faizan from delhi

He is cosmetic seller
His number is - [protected]
He said he will dispatch my parcel and send me a dtdc tracking slip
Consignment number - z87318949
He gave me slip on 4 may2019 which says no data available till date.. And when i asked him he abused and blocked me for no reason...

Parcel was supposed to send to the following address :-

Address - 1st floor rohit apartments,
Opposite krishna mandir, near pargaonkar hospital miskin road,
Savedi
City - ahmednagar
State - maharashtra
Pincode - 414001
Phone no. - [protected]

But it says no data available from 4 may till date
My customer is filling fir for not delivering the article as it takes delivery time 4-6 working days via dtdc...
I want you to take strict action against mohammad faizan else i will file complaint against whole dtdc
