DTDC Courier & Cargo — False consignment number generated by franchise

I have given a consignment number K57019398, the picture of the same is attached herewith by an online seller Gargi Mishra from Rajarhat Newtown area through one of your franchise, 2-3 weeks back. Today 28th Sep 2022 when i was checking the same it is showing different destination. How is this possible. I guess a huge fraud is going on. Please i request you to look into this matter urgently.. Till date i have not received my product ..its more than 2 months. The contact number of the seller is [protected].
