DTDC Courier & Cargo — fragile items delivered damaged

D90545594 got delivered today with one of items inside damaged of cost inr 400. It was tagged fragile and charged with extra care packaging. When i ask for compensation to vendor or company, they are not even ready to take ownership of it. I can't tag the pics now as i don't have in my pc, i can send it afterwords in email

I had sent courier via DTDC on 13th jan in express delivery but even after 4 days the parcel didnt reach destination. V90030258 parcel number.
